The Breathwork Bundle is an ideal combination if you are new to SBA, it is a complete course designed for Beginners - in general and to this technique. The course includes 4 open themed breathwork journeys, in comparison to the themed safari journeys. Open themed journeys are beautiful to connect with the subconscious open minded and to stregthen the connection and trust that your subconscious communicates with you and shows you whatever is needed and relevant in the now. A themed journey puts a lense on a certain theme to focus (from there, it is still true that whatever is relevant comes up, even if its outside of the themed lense).
